Children
Children of an EU citizen under eighteen years of age who are dependent on him / her
Family Members
Any family member who is dependent or resides with an EU citizen in the country of origin.
Any family member who, for serious health or disability reasons, needs custody of an EU citizen or EU resident
Unregistered Couples
Actually unregistered couples, if the time of joint residence in marriage is at least one year, if they do not have common children, and there is a (joint residence permit) for more than 1 year.
